Refund and Returns Policy
1. Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Please note that any products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition will not be eligible for a return.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer service at info@balimushrooms.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send the item. Please do not send the product back without first contacting us.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.
3. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your bank account or credit card statement.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return was due to a damaged or defective product.
4. Exchanges

5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@balimushrooms.com with photos and details of the issue. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either by providing a replacement or offering a refund.
